⚖️ Policy for the Use of AI Tools in Education / นโยบายการใช้เครื่องมือปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในการศึกษา

Purpose / หลักการและเหตุผล

AI tools have been increasingly adopted in various fields, including in education, due to their ability to generate feasibly usable content conditioned by user inputs. Notably, large language models are used for text generation, and diffusion models are used for image generation. However, these tools still have the prominent hallucination problem and ownership issue. This policy outlines a general framework for the responsible use of AI tools, aiming to ensure academic standards and achieve educational objectives.

เครื่องมือปัญญาประดิษฐ์ถูกใช้งานอย่างแพร่หลายมากขึ้นในปัจจุบัน รวมถึงในภาคการศึกษา เนื่องมาจากความสามารถในการสร้างผลงานที่นำไปใช้ได้จริงตามข้อมูลเข้าที่ผู้ใช้กำหนด โดยเฉพาะตัวแบบภาษาขนาดใหญ่สำหรับการสร้างข้อความและตัวแบบแพร่กระจายสำหรับการสร้างรูปภาพ แม้เครื่องมือดังกล่าวยังมีข้อจำกัดด้านความถูกต้องของข้อเท็จจริงและความเป็นเจ้าของผลงาน นโยบายนี้เป็นกรอบปฏิบัติทั่วไปสำหรับการใช้เครื่องมือปัญญาประดิษฐ์อย่างมีความรับผิดชอบเพื่อให้มั่นใจในมาตรฐานทางวิชาการและบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ทางการศึกษา

Rules / ข้อปฏิบัติ

1. Students must disclose the tools and inputs used when creating work with AI.
   นิสิตต้องเปิดเผยเครื่องมือและข้อมูลในการประมวลผลเมื่อใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในการสร้างผลงาน
2. Students must originate their work, with AI content making up less than half of the work.
   นิสิตต้องริเริ่มผลงานของตนเอง ซึ่งมีเนื้องานที่สร้างจากปัญญาประดิษฐ์น้อยกว่ากึ่งหนึ่งของผลงาน
3. Students must be responsible for their work and cannot use its AI origin as an excuse.
   นิสิตต้องรับผิดชอบต่อผลงานที่สร้างขึ้นและไม่สามารถใช้การได้มาจากปัญญาประดิษฐ์เป็นข้ออ้างได้

Disciplinary Actions / การลงโทษ

Students who violate these rules will be considered in breach of Kasetsart University Regulations on Kasetsart University Undergraduate Studies B.E. 2566 (2023), Section 6 (Student Conduct and Discipline), or Kasetsart University Regulations on Kasetsart University Graduate Studies B.E. 2566 (2023), Section 6 (Student Conduct), depending on their level of study, and will be subject to disciplinary actions as outlined in the applicable section.

นิสิตที่ทำผิดข้อปฏิบัติข้างต้นถือว่าทำผิดข้อบังคับมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ว่าด้วยการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ พ.ศ. 2566 หมวด 6 ความประพฤติและวินัยนิสิต หรือข้อบังคับมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ว่าด้วยการศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ พ.ศ. 2566 หมวด 6 วินัยนิสิต ขึ้นอยู่กับระดับการศึกษาของนิสิต และจะถูกลงโทษตามข้อบังคับที่ถูกใช้
