KU-HCAI has published official guidelines for the use of AI coding assistants and agentic AI tools in courses. The guidelines define clear boundaries for how tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and ChatGPT may assist students while preserving academic integrity.

- AI agents act as learning facilitators, not solution providers
- Students must disclose all AI tools used in submitted work
- Students remain fully responsible for the accuracy of their work
- AI may not generate more than half of any submission
